Michigan Fun

We got to see Big Red (Holland's Lighthouse), I got to make a REAL Mrs. Potato Head at the Holland Market (I also got to buy purple peppers), Maddie got really fast at crawling and then pulling up to cruise...is now cruising, Maddie just got her 3rd tooth (she has both bottom front and now left top front), and you can see Maddie's first ponytail while having beach fun!  We had a blast!

Sanibel Island

Maddie's first plane ride, first time at the ocean, first fireworks, first tooth, and about to crawl!!!  I love to teach my Little Sister so many fun things  :  )  We had so much fun!

Summer Fun

We are having summer fun!  We love to play in the pool!  Also, what fun the new bird adventure at the zoo is...as you can see Maddie enjoys her toe as a pacifier  :  )  Maddie is busy at 6 months rolling and sitting up...grabbing at EVERYTHING and reaching to things quicker than we can catch - she is trying to keep up with me!  Maddie is also excited as she is being introduced to food!

Easter Excitement

I really loved hunting for Easter eggs and Maddie loved watching!  It was so exciting that the Easter Bunny brought fun treats, too!  So thankful for the Easter season and the promise it brings!  We got to go to the Newport Aquarium...see the cool shark above my head  :  )

P.S.  I am such a super great helper with my little sister.  Maddie has lots to say, giggles, grabs her rattles and shakes them, absolutely loves to smile at herself in the mirror, and is so close to consistently rolling over.  Maddie's 1 Month Stats:  23 inches long (97%) and 10lbs 3oz (80%) to now 4 Month Stats:  26 1/2 inches long (98%) and 14lbs 1oz (70%)!

I Was Finally Able to Pet a Shark at the Zoo

It was Maddie's 1st Zoo Adventure and on this adventure I finally was able to pet a shark! I have tried several times carefully following the two finger rule, but I am so excited that I finally was able to have a shark allow me to pet : )

Maddie Likes to be in the Walker

Even though Maddie's feet can't quite touch the ground while in the walker she loves it : ) She wants to be on the go as soon as possible to keep up with me!
